Rooted in Resonance

The wax reading experience with Elaine was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. I was ancient, kitchen-table mysticism - the traditions & intuitions of grandmothers and great grandmothers. It’s a ceremony to be sure, but one without any pretence or fluff. The smell of the wax filled the air as we chatted and watched it melt. Our kids ran in and out of the kitchen (like they would have hundreds of years ago) - melting the realities of the moment together. We chatted about intentions and curiosities and current anxieties in between requests for snacks. And she poured the wax, and we drank tea and watched it reform. It very much felt like a practice by women and for women. And the reading itself brought to light such insights, both there, and in Elaine’s reflections the following days. I’d highly recommend trying a wax ceremony to anyone who is curious about connecting to real feminine magic and seeking meaningful emotional integration.
